The current formula was intentionally designed with the gritty feel because it does not contain fillers - only the main ingredients. The chunks are actually the MSM crystallizing because it is so plentiful in the cream. Testing showed this formula to be the most effective and work in the shortest period of time. Heating up the product in the microwave - in 10-second increments and stirring after each interval - - or placing in a container of hot water and stirring- will help to get the product back to the desired consistency. Do not, however, overheat the product - as it will turn the product into a liquid.

Directions:
- Apply up to 2 times per day on and around affected area until desired result is achieved.
