Pets'BestRx Healing Gel cleanses the skin and offers the perfect solution when you want to repair your pet's sores quickly and safely. The Healing Gel cleans wounds and skin, and provides a protective glove for up to 6 hours. The formulation is based on the Medicated Pet Wash formula and designed as a leave-on gel. It penetrates deeply to reduce swelling, which causes the water to release from the cells, which allows for more blood flow. The increased blood flow brings oxygen to the infected tissues, causing an inhospitable environment for bacteria and Staph. The reduced swelling also reduces the pressure on the nerves, therefore relieving your pet of itching and pain quickly.
Pets'BestRx Healing & Protection Spray has a much lighter active ingredient and can be used throughout the day as a skin sterilizer. It has the added benefit of itch relief and can be used up to three times per day if needed.
Staph Super Pack is effective in treating Pet Staph. The Pet Staph Infection Combo is part of our pet staph infection treatment product line.
A Staph Infection is a bacterial infection that can become systemic if not treated in a timely fashion.
- Begin by wetting your pet and applying Medicated Pet Wash FULL STRENGTH to any active area. Gently massage the Pet Wash into the active areas to soften and loosen dry skin and debris. The product should not be used on cats. If your dog weighs less than five pounds make sure to dilute the Pet Wash half and half with water before application.
- Soak no longer than 2 minutes, thoroughly rinse solution off and towel dry. Your Pet should not be left unattended during this soaking process to avoid shaking off the treatment and to keep your pet from licking the product to a minimum.
- Immediately follow with the Pets'BestRx Healing & Protection Spray on any open sores and allow it to dry.
- Approximately 12 hours later apply the Pets'BestRx Healing Gel to the areas affected by the staph infection, making sure that you massage it into the skin with a cotton swab or your clean fingers.
Repeat Steps 1- 4 daily for up to 5 days.
After the 5th day, stop using the Pet Wash if your pet no longer smells of infection.
