Not many of the over-the-counter brands are liquid anymore, most are aerosol sprays. Liquids are easier to apply directly to the problem area, especially under the toenails.

Fighting toe nail fungus takes time...in my case years. I even paid $1000.00 for lazer which didn't seem to phase it. I have been using this twice a day for about 3 years and have seen a dramatic improvement. I had/have a severe case on 5 toes. This will work for you if you will stick with it. It is worth it as I can see nail where only thick yellow gunk lived. I know how futile the fight can be. You just have to make it a part of your daily routine
